Enzo Perlini founded this restaurant on the northeast side of Orlando in 1979. The menu is authentic Italian based on his native Roma, a style known for rich dishes made from local seafood, porcini mushrooms, and pasta dishes such as spaghetti alla carbonara.

The restaurant resembles a lakefront home, which is exactly what it was when he found it over 30 years ago. He said it reminded him of a small Italian villa. As you arrive you may be taken a bit back by the declining neighborhood and less than stately sense of arrival, but once you get past the outside wall, you will enter a beautiful and almost enchanting environment. The interior is eclectic and casual in both its layout and decor, but the views of the lake and gardens out back are simply stunning.

Enzo died in 2006 after an extended battle with leukemia, but his vision remains - thanks in part to the almost seamless transition with Ross and chef Charles Beriault, who worked with Perlini.

Enzo´s is famous for its signature dishess: Bucatini alla Enzo, with herbs, peas, prosciutto, mushroom and Parmesan; a lavish antipasto bar on view for diners; and grilled lamb to die for.
