Description:

Johnny V Restaurant Lounge Chef Johnny V has been wowing both locals and visitors to his signature restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard for nearly 7 years. In that time, loyal fans from his 25 year career and newcomers alike have grown to admire his spectacular presentations and elaborate dishes that feature the best of Latin, Caribbean, and Floridian cuisine. New appetizer menu highlights include Bacon, Eggs and Toast (crispy pork belly, quail eggs, fig marmalade, toast points), Lobster, Lobster, Lobster (sherried lobster bisq, baby chilled lobster “roll” lobster~crab cake), Thai Barbeque Lamb Ribs (Asian vegetable slaw, red curry vinaigrette, crushed pistachios, and tiradito of local yellowtail snapper, “ceviche style” serrano chile, garlic, cilantro, pickled baby corn, lime).

New dinner menu standouts include Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib, Whipped Drunken Goat Cheese Potatoes, Indiana Dan´s Famous Onion Rings Brussels Sprout Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette Creamed Corn, Natural Demi Glace, Venison Chop, Sliced Ostrich Filet, Rabbit Sausage Coconut Yuca “Cakes” Grilled Leeks Black Berry Demi Glace, and Basil Seared Organic Chicken Breast Crimini Mushrooms “Marsala”, Garlic Broccoli Rapini, Lil´ Balsamic Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella.
