But the foundation of our menu is top-quality Aged Prime and Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef, wild caught fresh fish and seafood. Edge provides one of the most extensive wine lists in the Park City area, serving wines from around the world. 

You won´t find any art hanging on the walls, because at Edge the restaurant is the art and every table location is designed to provide a great dining experience. You can watch our expert culinary team at work through our open kitchen design, and if there is something you don´t see on the menu, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The Bar at Edge Steakhouse is fully stocked with unique liquors, beers and wines from around the world. Come early and have a drink before dinner, or dine at the bar and hang out with our cutting Edge mixologists (aka bar tenders). Table seating is available in the bar.
