Our chef diligently seeks ingredients from sustainable sources and humane conditions. All seafood on our menu is Seafood Watch approved and/or a member of the CleanFish Alliance. Terra Bistro employs an in-house state-of-the art water purification and bottling system, which each year prevents thousands of bottles from entering our local landfill. We are also partnered with the Humane Society of the United States and the ProtectSeals campaign. | Terra Bistro is the perfect example of why we created this foodie community. For over 18 years they have been creating world-class gourmet food using all natural ingredients. You might even say they were "farm-to-table" long before this term became chic in our industry. Everything they put on a plate is designed with care for both your pallet and our planet. We were impressed when we dined there many years ago, and I was pleased to see on our recent visit that they have continued to raise the bar for gourmet dining in Vail.
