Description:
Epicurean Chef Loren Falsone and "Ring Master" Tyler Brassil have been working hard for years at developing the right concept for a restaurant that emulates the way they like to live. As husband and wife, and each strong chefs in their own right, they love dazzling each other with sumptuous foods and new techniques in cooking. They equally enjoy caring for their friends and family with deliciously prepared meals. It´s a quiet day at the Brassil´s home when there isn´t someone coming over for dinner. Their sons often ask expectantly, “who will be having dinner with us tonight?”
The Table was born from this concept!
They brought together a group of close friends with a melange of skills but with the same love and passion for hospitality, camaraderie and gastronomy. The Table was a concept that stemmed from their elaborate dinner parties that they prepared together; Informal meets excellence! Including others in a restaurant like “supper club” format was a natural transition for them.
Taste the experience of local, seasonal New American Cuisine during a 5-course food and wine pairing with national award winning chefs and libation aficionados. The Table offers guests an elegant and exclusive evening with limited seating at a singular table, similar to a dinner party. We serve dinner on Friday and Saturday nights only with the exception of private parties. Your experience will begin at 7:00 p.m. with wine and bites at the bar. Followed by a 5 course dinner with wine pairings as well as coffee and tea service. The cost is $100 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Comments:
Fine dining has finally found its way to Orlando´s "restaurant row". Chef Loren Falsone and "Ring Master" Tyler Brassil have stepped out with a very unique and wonderful concept - a fine dining experience with only one table (hence the name). 22 lucky diners will have the experience of sitting together and exploring the unique culinary skills of Chef Loren, all the while being entertained, educated and served by Tyler and his band of passionate assistants. The thought of being required to sit with people that you may have never met may seem a bit unnerving, but having been there several times I can assure you that the type of people that come here are either avid foodies or people willing to try new experiences. In either case, you will meet some very interesting people and have a dining experience you will never forget. This is definitely a place for foodies! Thursday - June 7, 2012 |
