Wahso, an Asian grill, is reminiscent of Shanghai during the 1930´s, serving an eclectic mix of Asian cusine influenced with French cooking techniques. This distinctively elegant restaurant boasts an Art Deco and Victorian interior furnished with authentic Asian screens, an ebony fireplace, and carvings and pictures from around the world. The food is equally unique, an amalgamation of traditional Asian ingredients with French cooking style, which gives rise to deliciously light and healthy offerings. Entrees change frequently, but might include specialties such as Szechuan-style grilled filet mignon, pan-seared pork with Utah bing cherries, and banana-leaf-steamed halibut with coriander seed vinaigrette.
