Karen´s Pico de Gallo

1 medium tomato, diced and drained
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
! tablespoon of pepper vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Salt and pepper to taste.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
