Spicy Mango Salsa

This sauce is great for using with spicy grilled meats. I use this sauce in conjunction with my Jamaican jerk seasoned meats to balance the intense heat of the peppers.


2 mangos mashed
2 tablespoon chili paste
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon honey
Salt & pepper


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use hand blender to finely mix.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
