Spicy Marinade

This is a good marinade for meats, especially when grilling. ÊI like to marinate meats overnight by placing them in a sealed container or plastic bag with the marinade and refrigerate until use.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tabasco sauce
Juice of two lemons
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
In small food processor, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
