Bruschetta with Prosciutto and Mozzarella

Ingredients:
Sourdough baguette sliced thin
1/2 lb thin sliced prosciutto
6 sage leaves
3 tablespoons butter
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Brown slices of baguette, then add prosciutto and slices of fresh mozzarella and bake until soft.
Melt 3 tablespoons unsalted butter in a pan, then add 6 sage leaves to infuse butter and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Lightly baste crostini with butter sauce and serve.
