Ginger-Soy Dipping Sauce

Description:

This is a good sauce for wontons, summer rolls, and sushi dishes.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons rice wine
1/3 cup light soy
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
2 teaspoons red chile sauce

Instructions:

In a small food processor, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
