Grilled Lemon Garlic Lamb Chops

16 lamb loin chops (4 oz each), trim fat off
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon oregano
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Rub lamb with salt, pepper, oregano, lemon zest, and garlic; then place in zip lock with lemon juice and remaining oregano. Let stand at room temp for up to 1 hour.

Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
