Port wine reduction

This is a simple port wine reduction that is great for using with grilled meats.
Ingredients:
1/4 stick butter
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup port wine
2 tablespoons berry jam
Instructions:
In pre-heated pan on medium to high heat, melt butter.
As soon as the butter foams, stir in balsamic vinegar, port wine and jam and cook until reduced (about 5-8 minutes).
Reduce to simmer until ready to serve.
